•  A microphone has been placed strategically up front at the meetings. Thus far, it has not been used on a regular basis. I am proposing that those who wish to be heard will be asked to come to the podium to speak. They will be allowed to address the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for 2 minutes. If after that amount of time they wish to continue and there are others in line behind them waiting to be heard, then they will be asked to step to the rear of the line and wait their turn to address the board again.
