•  At present all meetings are posted at City Hall, The Farmers Bank and the Post Office. I will propose that they also be posted at Holt’s Grocery and Honey Do Hardware as these businesses are potentially frequented more often than the three where we post already.

I will also propose that the city initiate an “electronic” notification system using the Internet to email all citizens willing to give their email address to the city clerk.

They will not only be notified of any upcoming city meetings, but also the agenda will be sent out when they become available as well. In this way, those concerned about the ongoing business of running a city can make informed decisions about the need for them to be at city meetings.
